Is it worth to pursue a M.Com from distance learning in India and why?

Of course, it would be good to get any additional qualification in distance if not in regular, this will also ensure to prepare for government jobs which are issued based on PG. I completed M.Com in distance mode but what makes the difference is not that regular or distance but our interest to learn
