Is it worth to pursue aeronautical engineering from Manipal? Will I get a decent job at the starting?

Manipal Institute of Technology is an institute to study aeronautical engineering. Placements are not very good although. Most companies need a higher level of knowledge and specialization for such an advanced field. So not many companies come for undergraduate students. The professors will always be willing you to help with internships in companies where you can build your own contacts and get a job.

Manipal comes in best private engineering colleges of India and is totally worth doing aeronautical engineering from there, as it provides you a very good platform to start your career you will end up with some good jobs if you work hard.
