B Design from colleges like NIFT should be your first priority. However, you can look for International colleges which have established their campus in India. Explore LISAA School of Design, Instuto de Marogni, LISAA is from France and Marogni is from Italy and both of them carry very high reputation.

B.Des from a college like NIFT or NID is always valued. However, you may pursue the same course from a private institute but make sure that you become the master of your filed. As this is whats matters at the end. Of you are the master of your field, no one can stop you get earn good.
