Is it worth to pursue CSE from LPU?

Dear Sekhar, Yes it is totally worth pursuing B.Tech CSE from LPU. It has done phenomenally well in major other parameters like Curriculum development, industry interface, focus on professional enhancement, technology trainings, equipment and resources, student diversity, faculty, entrepreneurship and community development projects, teaching pedagogy, international exposure, internships and projects, extra curricular activities and placements, LPU is miles ahead. One very important factor to be noted in LPU operates at a different level altogether which is yet to be matched by any other private player. The unflinching focus on quality at LPU takes it on a different tangent. Lastly, in these times of financial distress all across the economy, LPUs already reasonable fee structure is coupled with plethora of scholarships on basis of qualifying examinations, LPUNEST and various other categories make it a great value for money option.

Hello! I have done my Engineering from LPU and today I am a proud alumnus of LPU. I will share my experience, I hope it helps. LPU has it all for complete learning. I would say a Big YES for B.Tech CSE from LPU. Engineering at LPU is a complete and perfect blend of learning and fun. I remember my days of engineering at LPU, how I use to rush for 9 am class and spend hours on my assignments. Engineering is a blend and balance of book learning and practical learning. LPU creates the content in such a way that learning becomes easier for the students. Faculty members are so experienced that they are able to sense how much we have grabbed in his class. University provides all the resources and techniques to make learning easier and also at the same time prepare the students keep to cope up with the corporate world. LPU provides you with all the facilities required to be a good engineer. I had a splendid experience with the faculty members, placement mentor and officers. Infrastructure: University has well-equipped labs with all the latest technologies for learning and development. Double Storey Central Library, equipped with computer labs and all the required books and curriculum, open for students till mid night 12. Not just this all the facilities in university is worth appreciating. The quality of the facilities provided in our hostel was top notch. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen were great. Medical facilities provided were splendid. Infrastructure is good. All resources are available. College provide Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library. Faculty: Teachers were qualified. They have a good knowledge of the courses they teach. They are very helpful and supportive. Quality of teaching provided is top quality. The teachers are really very supportive. Course curriculum is structured perfectly. It makes the students industry ready. Placements: In my batch I remember, almost 95% students were placed and there were many who got the multiple package as well. The highest package was around 42 Lacs per annum. All the students were trained professionally from their first year onwards. The University provides maximum opportunities to students. It depends upon the students whether they want to grab the opportunity or not. Most students who do not have backlogs or reappears gets placed. Students who were not so good in academics, they were enrolled in more PEP classes to help them in placement. I hope this helps. Good Luck.

Hello, Admission in any programme depends on qualifying the Eligibility criteria for that programme. So, as per the Eligibility for B.Tech CSE, which is to Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPU NEST. LPU NEST will be exempted in case student has scored more than or equal to 90 percentile in JEE Mains or 90% aggregate marks in 10+2. So, qualifying the same you can directly proceed for Admissions.
