Is it worth to pursue hotel management as I cannot cook non-vegetarian food?

It depends on which area do you want to specialise. If you are interested in Front Office or House Keeping or any administration department then you can avoid eating Non-Vegetarian.
However, if you are interested in Food and Beverage- Production / Service, then you might have to eat Non-vegetarian
