If you have excellent people & social skills and you enjoy interaction with diverse people, HR is the right career for you. All MBA requires lot of hard work and dedication. If you enjoy learning new concepts, you will not find MBA HRM hectic. HR executive face challenges everyday therefore your life will never be mechanised.
