Is it worth to pursue mechanical engineering from German university? Will it be equivalent to ME pursued in India?

I am doing diploma in tool and die making and I am pursuing mechanical engineering from German University Steinbeis. Can I pursue M.Tech and MS from any Indian University?

    Hi Praveen,
    Germany is very much known for its technological advancements, especially automobile and mechanical, and the same will be valid in India. Few good universities that you can look for are:
    • Hochschule Albstadt-Sigmaringen,
    • RWTH Aachen University,
    • Esslingen University of Applied Sciences,
    • University of Applied Sciences Ingolstadt /
    • University of Applied Sciences Landshut, etc.
    Most of the universities have English as medium of teaching.
    For admission you might have to give GRE and IELTS / TOEFL.
    Also, education in Germany is government funded, there is a possibility that you might have to pay a minimal fee rangin

    Well for the mechanical engineering, German is awesome and especially for your future too. And it's also equivalent for automobile engineering. So, if you are interested to pursue graduation from that country then go for it. All the very best.
