I have completed B.Com. I want to know about the courses except regular MBA and CA.

You can do MBA through CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, ATMA, etc. You need to score as much as possible. You will easily get decent b-school, if you score well in any of the above mentioned entrance exam.

    Dear Dimple Shah,
Why can't you go for full time MBA from a reputed business school?
    All the best.

Part time MBA adds a section in your CV that you have done an MBA and it may help in rare cases where you may want a switch to managerial roles in your current job, but having said that it doesn't mean that you can move to a managerial role only if you have MBA.
While on job, your experience and proven abilities will contribute more, rather than your MBA degree. A full-time MBA that offers campus placement is any day better than pursuing part-time MBA.
For the second part of your question, MBA and M.Com both can be considered. MBA being a professional degree has better job prospects.
