Dear Divya PGDM IB has triple specialization ie with IB you have marketing & finance. That gives equal opportunities for placement for both PGDm & IB. More ever international exposure with foreign languages has made IB program worthwhile.

Yes as far as I know students in IB stream are quite happy with their curriculum and the exposure that they are getting . in stream in itself has limited scope be it done from ant college so its completely worth it.
