Is it worth to pursue PGDM/MBA from ITM Navi Mumbai? Does it offer low placement packages? Is there any other better college for the same?
I scored 85.5% in class 10th, 74.2% in class 12th, 58.08% in B.Com accounts Honors, 80.41 percentile in MBA CET 2016, 83.91 percentile (145 marks) in CMAT and 77.38 percentile in MAT.

There are many better schools than ITM. Likely are Kjsomaiya, Sydenham, Jbims, Welingkar, MET, Nmims, NL dalmia.

with you cmat score at 83 you can expect Nldalmia and MET where total fees are less and ROI is higher than ITM.
