Is it worth to study B.Com from Manipal University and what are its pros and cons?

I have studied my 12th from ICSE board and I am too weak in economics plus I am good at what teacher explains but I totally fail when it comes to learning part.

It's worth to study. Teachers are very helpful. Don't worry, if you are weak in one subject, teachers are always there to help you.
