Is it worth to take a break for JEE as many are telling that I should not waste one year?

Taking a break in the studies for preparation is only effective if you are confident of preparing well. If you are getting admission into some good college then you should not choose to break but if not then you can take break and work hard to prepare yourself for next JEE exam so that you can clear
