is it worthwhile to do master in business law (distance edu) frm nlsiu after mba-hr from symbiosis (distance)?

i am an electronics engineer with >1.5 yrs of exp, pursuing distance mba frm symbiosis. i wud like to know if i should go for master in business law frm nlsiu or labour laws (both via distance) or should i go for ERp/SAP training frm somewhere after my mba gets over in jan 2012?
