There are numerous reputable institutions in India that offer high-quality MBA courses. Apart from IIMs and other deemed institutions, any candidate should choose their university SMARTLY AND WISELY based on the educational standard and future job prospects offered by the university. Lovely Professional University is where I earned my bachelor's degree. During my time at LPU, I saw firsthand how well our recognized teachers guided us in the most precise manner possible, using new pedagogy and curr

I personally feel that comparison between state university and the private university is neither possible and nor required because the vision and missions are totally different.
One of my cousins was to take admission and we inquired alot from many institutes including GNDU but finally landed at LPU because of the following:
    # Internationally Accredition
    #Contemporary Curriculum
    # Industrial Tieups
    # Workshops and Specializations
    #Entrepreneurship
    #Professional Enhancement and Software Skills
    #Case Based Teaching
    #Holistic Development
We also came to know that:

Well, I completely believe the choice is yours but, the MBA course includes business management, planning, marketing, financial management, and many other skills that entrepreneurs need, which makes it a highly desirable degree to be pursued for someone, who would like to move into a similar field. I would also like to mention that Students who have an analytical and technical bent of mind are more suited for other technical degrees, whereas students with an aptitude for entrepreneurial and managerial skills are more suited for an MBA. So let your ambitions and necessities choose your higher education degree.

Being an alumni of LPU I would definitely take the name of LPU. As I have done my MBA from here only. As due to the pandemic there is drastic transformation in the education sector and LPU itself has pulled up its socks and offered different types of MBA which are as follows:
LPU is offering MBA programme in following streams, MBA (International Business)
    MBA (Hospital & Healthcare Management)
    MBA (Business Analytics)
    MBA (Supply Chain & Logistics)

The applicant should give the relevant Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates, along with the LPUNEST admit card and scorecard, recent passport-sized photographs-a valid photo ID/birth proof such as Aadhaar or matric certificate, and category certificates, if applicable-with any qualifying or eligibility certificates for the selected program under LPU NEST counseling.

Mainly an online process, LPU NEST Counselling enables qualified candidates to fill in seat preferences, upload documents, and make payments remotely. On such occasions, candidates might deposit fees offline, visit the university campus or camp office, or submit their applications. As per preference, seat allotment occurs according to merit ranks, while results can be viewed online.

Yes, Lovely Professional University announces the LPU NEST counselling. The dates will most commonly be published alongside exam schedules and result timelines for every phase, online counselling from February 8, 2026, B.Tech program. These dates are updated per programme (e.g., B.Tech, MBA) and phase, i.e., slot booking and results of seat allotment by online examination, which will be declared soon after the completion of exams, often within 24 to 48 hours. Candidates can refer to the "Important Dates" section for the last dates for admission, for example, February 25, 2026, for B.Tech.

Yes, it is actually very much required to bring along Class 10 and 12 certificates or at least mark sheets during the LPU NEST counseling, primarily because the university explicitly would wish to establish the age of applicants from the Class 10 marksheet and verify eligibility with the Class 12 certificate/marksheet before confirming admission and awarding a scholarship.

at LPU NEST counselling, you would have to check the result & rank, fill and lock online course/seat preferences, get the allotment of the seat based on the rank and choices, pay to secure the seat by paying the initial fee, and go on to upload/verify documents and pay the remaining fee within the stipulated time for final admission.
