yes its useful bt the thing is you must be result oriented person in ur professional life. you should professional qualities or you need to improve whatever required for career. even distance learning is also good for you if have guts to develop urself

As you're working at present, so part-time management would be the best option for you. It would provide you with more managerial skills as well as chances for career progression also. BUT be sure to do it from an authentic or what we call accredited and approved institute.
