Is Italy or Germany best for Masters in mechanical engineering?

I'm graduated with 77% in B.Tech mechanical engineering. Going to take IELTS exam. And I'm from middle class family, so I'm planning to take study loan for Masters.

Yes, Italy and Germany, both the countries are good for Masters in mechanical engineering. Although, you can prefer Germany for your Masters. You will get lots of job opportunities after completing your Masters. If you don't have any financial problems, then you should definitely go for this course. Best of luck.
