It's very clear B school only acts as a ladder after finishing you will be joined as a management trainee than work hard or smart and take your self to next level or stay in the same level. Don't think after doing MBA you will be MD or AVP! Work hard or smart showcase your skills and achieve the same thing over a period of time. It's not about IIM or any other top Business college give you something best. You have To show the business result otherwise gone, faculty members are so good here some of the visiting faculty members already worked in Top business firm so we definitely get some useful knowledge to grow more and push our limits...more

7 years agoThink once again and check job profile (not brand name, check what exactly you have to do, and you are comfortable with or not. Suppose you want to be a bank manager, but the profile given is relationship manage of insurance sales, also with stability (not from current students, but from 1 or 2 year old alumni). If I was at your place, I will not take loan risk investment for this and try for a healthy score card to get Tier I MAT /CMAT. -
