Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Handicapped University (JRHU) is a Tier 1 institution.

JRHU is a university in Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh, India, and is the first university in the world to be exclusively for people with disabilities. It was established on September 27, 2001 by Jagadguru Rambhadracharya.

Some say the university has a great infrastructure, knowledgeable and helpful faculty, and is the best college for handicapped students.
