Academics, infrastructure, faculty, research, placements, alumni network, and national/international presence are all factors that tells us that this University is a Tier 1 University.

The University has been accredited with Grade 'B' by National Assessment and Accreditation Council and is also a member of the Association of Indian Universities.

It has schemes and channels to impart free education at all levels to the needy and economically weaker section of the society so as to improve their livelihood which would in turn lead towards making the better India.
