Is Jain community treated as minority community? If yes, what are the benefits given in various competitions for Government services?

If Jain community is a minority community, please provide me with the list of various competitions wherein benefit is provided. Is simply being a Jain makes a person eligible for benefits of minority community or are there any other criterias (like yearly income) that need to be met?
