Is Jain University AICTE approved? Is it safe to join a black listed university

A Black Listed University will not a safer place to park for your studies. There is no dearth of good universities in India. Verify your available information before you join a course with any university.

You have to check on UGC site their you can get all information about the university and if you are looking for management course then their is no need to take AICTE approval for management course ther is required only UGC approved university
