    Hi,
    Selecting a college is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
    While selecting, you need to check the chief point that is recognition.
    As per the official website :
    " Jaipur National University is established by Government of Rajasthan and is approved by UGC Section 2(f). The School of Distance Education was accorded approval by the Joint Committee of the UGC- AICTE- DEC for offering programmes through Distance Education Mode. "
    Other than this, you also need to check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placement
