The ambitious hacker will be doomed to the domain of the script kiddie if they do not learn at least the basics of scripting. Using just third-party tools reduces your chances of success and raises the likelihood that you will be uncovered by security measures like antivirus and intrusion prevention

No, Java is not required for hacking but if you wanna become an ethical hacker then for SQL injection you should have a knowledge of MySQL so that you can implement SQL query for hacking a website.
