No. JEE is not compulsory for admission into SRM. You need to write SRMJEE to be eligible for admission.

yes, SRM considers JEE score for admission into this programme, but if it is necessary cannot be said because SRM also conducts its own entrance exam. You should check the prospectus of the course once. -

JEE Main 2018 is finally over & Admission to various Engineering Colleges is going on full swing. Many Students will get Good marks in Class 12th & Other entrance exams like JEE Main 2018, SRMJEEE & VITEEE 2018 Exam while some of them will get lowmarks in Class 12th & Other Entrance Exams, Such Student should not lose hope that they will not get Good Colleges.
