National Institute of Technology Trichy or NIT Trichy admission 2025 is primarily entrance-based. The selection for admission to various courses is based on national-level entrance exams, such as JEE Main, GATE, etc. Final seat allocation is done through counselling sessions such as CCMT, CCMN and others. JEE Main is required for some selected courses at NIT Trichy like BTech but not for all courses. Hence, candidates can apply for admission to various courses except for BTech and B.Arch without JEE Mains at NIT Trichy.
