Is JEE mandatory because I haven't written JEE? Am I eligible? If yes, how do I apply?

I have appeared for +2 exam and hoping for an overall percentage above 95.

    If you have not appeared in the JEE Mains exam then your admission will be based on your class 12th percentage.

    Yes, for most of Government engineering Colleges JEE is mandatory. But, many Private colleges conduct their own entrance exams. As you explained you are going to have a great score in +2 you have the opportunity to get admission in many government and private colleges on the basis of this score. Yes, you are eligible for JEE as you have score above 75% in +2. You can apply for JEE in the month of December- January on official website. You can get direct admission in Rajasthan Technical University Kota on behalf of your +2 score.

    Yes, it is mandatory.
    Admissions are made through counseling based on rank obtained in JEE Mains.
    Seat vacant after JEE Mains counseling are filled on merit basis in 10+2
