Is jee percentile needed for admission in upes?

<p>1. Exam Pathway :- Eligibility criteria: Minimum 50% marks in class 10th &amp; class 12th and Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry &amp; Mathematics in class 10th &amp; class 12th. Admission criteria : UPES Engineering Aptitude Test (UPESEAT) followed by Centralized Counseling. 2, Non Exam Pathway (Through JEE Main) :- Eligibility criteria : Minimum 50% marks at higher &amp; Senior Secondary level (10th &amp; 12th) and minimum 50% aggregate in PCM at senior secondary level (12th class). 3. Board Merit Pathway :- Eligibility criteria : Minimum 80% marks at Higher &amp; Senior Secondary level (10th &amp; 12th) and minimum 80% aggregate in PCM at the senior secondary level (12th class) Thank you.</p>

The B.Tech admissions in UPES are done through the following pathways as under. 1. Exam Pathway :- Eligibility criteria : Minimum 50% marks in class 10th & class 12th and Minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics in 10th & 12th. Admission criteria: UPES Engineering Aptitude Test (UPESEAT) followed by Centralized Counseling. 2, Non Exam Pathway (Through JEE Main) :- Eligibility criteria : Minimum 50% marks at higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th) and minimum 50% aggregate in PCM at senior secondary level (12th class). 3. Board Merit Pathway :- Eligibility criteria : Minimum 80% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th) and minimum 80% aggregate in PCM at the senior secondary level (12th class). So from above you can get admission in UPES for B.Tech courses through Exam Pathway(UPESEAT) also if not falling under S.No. 2 and 3 as stated above. Hence JEE Main percentile is not needed here.
