Yes, of course JEE exam is required to get admission I the Gandhi college of engineering in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. That should you have to score good marks in that exam with 430 marks with near 22000 ranks.
But due to the some reasons you don't appear in the JEE exam then don't worry the college also accept OJEE exam how's cutoff is also near by 450 marks which is yearly conducted. These 2 exams are the way to take admission in the B.Tech course. -
