JEE is a joint entrance test for taking admission in engineering colleges. It is not required for B.Sc IT. There are many colleges in Mumbai which offers B.Sc-IT like Jai Hind college, Mithibai college, R J College of B.Sc-IT etc. You will have to be more specific area wise that means which locality
