JIIT, Noida is better than SRM, VIT, KIIT, and Manipal. But the choice depends on the factors you judge these colleges.
If you are looking for the best option in Northern India, then JIIT is much better than the available choices. -

All college has MHRD rank better than JIIT but this rank is especially for a particular branch such as VIT Vellore, SRM KTR. So if you are getting these campus then good if not then JIIT is a far better option.
