JIS College of Engineering is a private college recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) . It was established in 2000 and is located in Kalyani, West Bengal, India. The college was declared autonomous by the UGC in 2011 and is affiliated with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, West Bengal (MAKAUT, WB) . JIS College of Engineering is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with Grade-A. It is also approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and the National Board of Accreditation (NBA).
