    No, but don't know why JIS College's rank is so high in local newspaper ratings, may be it is paid promotion but from study point of view there are many other colleges which are better than JIS.

    According to Times Engineering ranking of top 150 colleges in India, JIS College of Engineering has been ranked 23. Here is the link:

    This may be good. But I am suggesting you that there are certain colleges and universities in rajasthan viz. manipal univerisity, LNMIT, Anand international college of engineering jaipur and etc. so for better placement and 390 degree development of students after completion of degree. So in my opinion you can visit the campus of the above college and universities.
