Is joining CU a waste of money? I want to do CSE cloud computing.

Chandigarh University is one of the best universities of North India with good academic and placement records.

No it's not. Chandigarh University is the first north Indian university to be have facilitated with a Microsoft lab and IBM powered labs.
So,this would be good for you.
