Is joining NIT, Warangal metallurgy better or joining civil in any other top NITs? I'm equally interested in both the branches.

My JEE main rank in 2018 is 17690. I'm from Andhra Pradesh.

If you are interested in both metallurgy and civil, then it is better to join metallurgy in NIT WARANGAL because you will have a chance after first year to slide to civil and if you are not able to slide, even then you are in a branch of your interest.
