No it's not. Check this letter No : F. No. : AICTE/ P&Andhra Pradesh/ Misc/ 2O2O dated 30th Dec 2020 from AICT.

Yes, it's valid it's an accredited A grade by NAAC, I don't think you'll face issues if you have a degree. In case you do just reach out to your university to reprint the degree. It will come with the new status of the university if it's not mentioned earlier.
