Padmabhooshan Vasantdada Patil Institute of Technology (PVPIT) affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) was established in the academic year 2006-07 by TSSM. The placement reviews for this institute are great. This college placed about 90% of the students. The highest and the lowest wage packages on offer were 10 LPA and 3 LPA, respectively.
