Hi Tusshar,
KSOU is an open university offering various courses through the correspondence mode. The University does not offers any courses approved by the AICTE but it is approved under UGC and DEC, which is enough to recognize it as a good and an authentic University.

no it's not approved by aicte.
As per law Universities don't require approval from AICTE to run its courses. Its the institutes which are affiliated to universities needs AICTE approval. As karnatak state open uni. is a Bonafide University established by a State Act, it does not require AICTE approv
