Is Karnataka State Open University, Mysore approved by UGC for B.Tech?
I am planning to pursue B.Tech in Computer Engineering from KSOU, Mysore. The reviews on Google are making me doubt about its authenticity. If not, kindly suggest some other better options too.

The Karnataka State Open University has been recognized by the following well-known organization:
Distance Education Council(DEC), UGC, New Delhi
Regular member of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), Delhi,
Permanent member of Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) London UK,
Asian Association of Open Universities (AAOU), Beijing, China,
And also has association with Commonwealth of Learning (COL).
