KLE Technological University (KLETU) in Hubli, Karnataka is considered one of the best engineering colleges in the state. In 2020, the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) ranked KLETU 136 out of 300 engineering colleges in India. In 2021, Times Higher Education ranked KLETU 180th among India's engineering institutions.
