The institute was established in 2008 and is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), and the Indian Nursing Council (INC). Moreover, Krishna Group of Institutions, Kanpur has three constituent institutes which include Krishna Institute of Technology, Krishna Institute of Pharmacy & Sciences. and Krishna Institute of Nursing Science & Research.
