is ksou m.tech cs course is black listed for correspondence.....also what is the scope of this course.

i don't know why r u going for KSOU for M.Tech programmes it is one of the 3rd class Universities of India. when all IITs , NITs , state engineering colleges are providing part time M.tech then why are you not going for them.............
