Is KSRDPRU, Gadag as good as Central University of Karnataka?

<p>While institutions such as KSRDPRU (Karnataka State Rural Development and Panchayat Raj University), Gadag, and the Central University of Karnataka (CUK) owe different academic and institutional goals and aims, it becomes slightly difficult to draw a side by side comparison.</p><p>KSRDPRU mainly deals with Rural Development, Governance and allied sectors providing specialty-course in public administration and rural polity. For students who want to work in governance and rural areas, it is perfect to pursue at this school. The placements offered are confined to few niches in industry and the median salary offer varies between rupees two and a half Lacs to four lakhs.</p><p>CUK, on the other hand, has a disparate course offering across the sciences, arts, or management. It provides more campus placements and pays a higher average going from Rs 4 Lakhs to Rs 7 Lakhs based on the course offered.</p><p>It can be seen that KSRDPRU is particularly stronger in some specialised fields yet CUK is generally more highly ranked, job and industry opportunities, and placements.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
