No, L D College of Engineering (LDCE) is not under the CUET (Common University Entrance Test). Admission to undergraduate programs lie B.E. at LDCE is primarily done through the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) for state students and JEE Main for all-india candidates, not through CUET.
