Is lateral entry into B.Tech 2nd year allowed in Koneru Lakshmiah University after completing Diploma in Computer Engineering?

I have completed Diploma in Computer Engineering (Polytechnic, Andhra Pradesh). I have appeared for ECET FDH 2011. Can I get into 2nd Year B.Tech (lateral entry) into Koneru Lakshmiah University? If yeas, what is the possible cut off rank that is needed for entrance?
