Yes, it is possible but you should have Diploma in engineering from any recognized college or a B.Sc degree to get lateral entry admission in the 2nd year of B.Tech.

You first have to apply in any engineering college by giving written exam conducted by JEE Mains and state college by filling your qualifications and give the exam and apply for lateral entry not fresher. Then you can take admission directly in the 2nd year.
