When compared, cryptography and ethical hacking are two different things (but if you explore these two in details, you will realize that they are somehow interconnected). How could the learning curve be the same if the two are not the same? To elucidate, cryptography is the Science and practice of encrypting data (I. e. , transforming simple text into cryptic, unintelligible code). The invaders and what they are doing cannot be stopped. However, we may make our information illegible to spies by encrypting it. Cryptography is therefore introduced for this function. Ethical hacking, on the other hand, is the method by which we test for w

Hello, That is in fact a very nice question. To be clear, no. Ethical hacking and cryptography are not the same ideas (but if you explore these two in details, you will realise that they are somehow interconnected). How can the learning route be the same when these two are different from one another? To be more precise, cryptography is a technology that encrypts data by converting plain language into complicated or unintelligible information. We are unable to halt the intruders' activity. However, we can prevent intruders from reading our data.

    Hello,
That's really a nice question indeed. To clarify, no. Cryptography and Ethical Hacking are not identical concepts (but if you explore these two in details, you will realize that they are somehow interconnected). Since these two are not identical, how can the learning path be the same? To explain you more clear, cryptography is technology through which we make our data encrypted (by changing our plain text into complex/unreadable text). We cannot stop the intruders and their activities. But we can make our data unreadable for Intruders. For this purpose, the cryptography is introduced.
On the other hand, ethical hacking is the tech

First of all, ethical hacking has really become a term of mislead. If we see from eagles point of view, there is no existence of such a term. Well, let's not get into that matter.
No, cryptography does not come under ethical hacking. It is an art or process of jumbling things so that only intended public can understand it.
Cryptography is not something evolved recently. It is being used for ages (according to Wikipedia, the first cipher was witnessed around 1900 BCE). It kept on evolving as time passed by.
We can say that Cryptography was there to circumvent hacking (or cracking, to be precise).
Cryptanalysis can come under, so-called, et

Cryptography and Ethical Hacking are entirely different concepts though, in the first look, they seem to be the same. Cryptography involves designing systems to protect data and infrastructure and ensure that the built infrastructure fulfills certain security benchmarks. Ethical Hacking on the other hand is a defensive mechanism used to forcefully reinstate the previous state of a system using the current infrastructure in case of an external attack. Cryptography involves developing systems and protocols, while Ethical Hacking involves restoring the state of a system.
Though both are used to defend the information stored, the strategies
