Is leaving certificate from previous college necessary for abroad education?

I got 59% in diploma engg. I took admission in one of colleges of Pune University for Bachelors. Now after spending one year without giving any exam, I am thinking of going abroad for under-graduation. So my point is the leaving certificate is necessary for abroad edu. as I wont get it from college.

Hi Bruce, No, leaving certificate is not required in case you wish to pursue UG courses overseas.
