Is Lingaya's University good for B.Tech in computer science? I am from middle class family.

It is an average university with average package around 3 lakh. You can try for government colleges as they are economical or prepare for JEE.
If this is not possible then you can take admission in Lingaya's University also you can apply for scholarship if your performance is good.
