    LIT, or Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, is a government college in Nagpur. The institute, which was established in 1942, provides BTech and MTech courses in a variety of specialisations. Entrance tests like as GATE and JEE Main/MHT CET are used as admission criteria.

    Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Petroleum Refining and Petrochemical Technology and Surface Coating Technology and others are all available as BTech courses at the college. Some of the top recruiters are Honeywell Ltd., Reliance Industries Ltd, Bajaj Auto, Asian Paints, and others.
