    Lloyd Institute of Engineering and Technology is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), (Min of HRD), New Delhi,  and the UP Govt. Furthermore, LIET is also affiliated with Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (Formerly UPTU).
